My Order Arrived Incomplete — Where Is the Rest?

If you ordered the Artemis LED Complete System and only part of your order has arrived, don't worry — this is completely normal.


Why did my order arrive in separate packages?

Complete systems (including the LED mask and neck piece) are sometimes shipped in two separate packages. This is standard for our full-system orders and does not indicate anything is missing or lost.

Your tracking confirmation email may show a single delivery event, but the second package is typically sent separately and arrives within a few days of the first.


When should I expect the second package?

The second package generally arrives within 3 business days of your first delivery. In most cases it arrives sooner.

We recommend keeping an eye on your inbox — you may receive a second shipping notification with its own tracking number.


What if my second package still hasn't arrived?

If it has been more than 3 business days since your first delivery and you still haven't received the rest of your order, please reach out to us at i@artemismask.com or start a return at artemismask.com/a/returnzap. Reply to your original order confirmation email so we can locate your order quickly.
