The App Won't Accept My Serial Number
If the app is rejecting what you're entering, you're likely entering the wrong number.
The app does not use the serial number printed on the mask itself. Instead, it requires your Certification Number, which is a fixed number found in your documentation.
Where to find it: Open your APP User's Manual (the smaller booklet included in the box) and turn to page 3. You'll see the Certification Number listed there.
The number to enter is: 1234567890
Enter this exactly as shown. You only need to do this once during initial setup.
If you've entered the correct number and the app is still not accepting it, try the following:
- Close the app completely and reopen it
- Make sure your app is updated to the latest version
- Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app, then enter the number again during setup
