Installing the App & Pairing Your Mask

Follow these steps to get set up with the iMask app and connect it to your Artemis mask.

Step 1 — Download the App

Scan the QR code found on the back of your LED Mask User's Manual, or tap the image below to go directly to the download page:

Step 2 — Accept Permissions

When you open the app for the first time, accept all requested permissions. Camera access is only used if you'd like to take progress photos over time — it's optional but recommended for tracking your results.

Step 3 — Enter Your Certification Number

The app will ask you for a certification number. This is not the serial number printed on your mask.

Your certification number is found on page 3 of your APP User's Manual included in the box. Enter the number exactly as shown: 1234567890

You only need to enter this once.

Step 4 — Fill In Your Details

Enter the same name and details you used when placing your order with us.

Step 5 — Pair Your Mask

Power on your mask by pressing and holding the button on the mask for 1 second until it lights up.
Make sure Bluetooth is turned on on your phone.
In the app, scan for devices — your mask will appear as iMask.
Tap to connect. You're all set!
