LED Color Guide — What Each Color Does
Each light color in the Artemis mask targets different skin concerns. Here's a breakdown of what each one does so you can make the most informed choice for your skin.
🔴 Red + Near Infrared (NIR) Best for anti-aging, fine lines, and wrinkles. Red light stimulates collagen and elastin production, helping to firm and rejuvenate the skin. Note that NIR is automatically activated whenever Red light is on — you don't need to select it separately.
🟢 Green Best for hyperpigmentation, dark spots, oily skin, and inflammation. Green light helps even out skin tone and calm reactive skin.
🔵 Blue Best for acne and psoriasis. Blue light targets the bacteria responsible for breakouts, helping to reduce their frequency and severity.
🟣 Purple / Violet A combination of Red and Blue light, making it ideal for those dealing with both acne and signs of aging at the same time.
🟡 Yellow Best for redness, rosacea, and balancing overall skin texture. Yellow light soothes and calms the skin's surface.
🩵 Cyan / Sky Blue Best for reducing swollen capillaries and inflammation. Particularly helpful for those with sensitive or reactive skin.
