Using the UV Sterilizer / Charger Case
Your Artemis case does two things at once — it charges your mask and sanitizes it with UV light, keeping it clean and ready for your next session.
Please note: The UV sterilizer case is designed to fit the face mask only. It cannot accommodate the neck plate. For cleaning the neck plate, see How to Clean Your Mask.
How to Use It
- Place the mask inside the case. Align the prongs of the mask with the interior of the case — they're designed to fit together perfectly, so it should settle in easily.
- Close the zipper to seal the case.
- Plug in via USB-C and the mask will begin charging while the UV sterilizer runs automatically.
The sterilizer runs for 30 minutes and then stops on its own. When the blue indicator light is on, the UV sterilizer is active. If the light is off, check that the case is properly plugged in and closed.
A Note on the UV Light
UV light is invisible to the human eye, so you won't see anything happening inside the case — this is completely normal. The sterilization is working even if it doesn't look like it.
Good to Know
Making the case part of your post-session routine is a great habit. It keeps the mask hygienic, especially if you use it on clients or share it with family members.
